1. Obtaining of initial parameters for design, and:
- coordination and approval of heat, electricity and water consumption parameters of a newly designed building by appropriate state bodies;
- coordination and approval of facades, sections and colours of a new building by the Architecture Committee;
- etc.
2. Consulting services for foreign engineering companies in Belarusian building design standards
3. Design of project parts and stages that cannot de completed by foreign designers:
- cost estimation
- construction management planning
- Buildings and structures operation principles
- Environment protection
- maximum permissible emissions determination
- etc.
4. Foreign project verification.
5. Project submission to the State expertise office
6. Obtaining of authorization for construction
